He is known to travel far and wide, through sleet and heat to get his daughters and Pauline to their barrel racing competitions.

A life long Cariboo resident, Pauline brings with her an understanding of the diversity of the region. She was a massage therapist and personal trainer for 5 years prior to acquiring her Real Estate License in 2006.
Pauline has had successful experience with the Williams Lake real estate market and a proven track record in sales. Pauline artfully balances her career with her active family-enjoying the camaraderie of her teenage sons, Colton and Zack, step-daughters Ellis and Madison, and of course partner Courtney Smith. She has a passion for personal fitness and running, participates in the Dave Jacobs run and has run the Times Globe & Mail 10 K run in Victoria, and was the Athletic Trainer for the Williams Lake Timberwolves Junior A hockey team for 4 seasons.
A cowgirl at heart, Pauline actively participates in the BC Rodeo Association and BC Barrel Racing Ass. in the ladies barrel racing event, and has been a volunteer on horse back for the Williams Lake Stampede for 6 years.

Karen moved to the Cariboo in 1983 with her family. She quickly became involved with minor hockey, ballet, soccer and all the other activities available to families in Williams Lake. She left behind 10 years in the banking industry and several years as a professional dancer/instructor in Alberta. After managing the local Windsor Plywood store for 10 years she obtained her Real Estate license in 1993 and has subsequently completed her Real Estate Agency in 1996, and Property management course, certified Mortgage Brokers license, and is now licensed as the Managing Broker of Cariboo Team Realty. Karen and her husband Rick enjoy golfing, fun-ball, skiing, camping, and most of all, traveling on Rick's Harley Davidson throughout the Cariboo. They have four grandchildren, three children, and love spending time with their extended families. Karen offers several years of Real Estate experience and like the rest of our team, makes an extra effort to ensure our Clients are well represented and can enjoy the full "Cariboo Team Realty"experience!

Carleigh completed her Business Degree (Marketing) and Business Diploma (Management) while living in rural areas surrounding Kamloops. Her passion for land and the western lifestyle, combined with a keen business sense, made pursuing a career in ranching real estate a natural choice.
Carleigh began her real estate career by selling rural property in the Thompson/Nicola area. She is now a part of our team, and is happy to be helping sellers and buyers in the Cariboo/Chilcotin region with their real estate needs.
An avid barrel racer, Carleigh enjoys competing around BC. Thanks to her rodeo adventures, she is very knowledgeable about BC's unique geography and she truly appreciates the untouched beauty of the Interior and Cariboo/Chilcotin.
